An independent Swift engineer and consultant based in Warsaw, Poland. I build native iOS and macOS apps, and the AI workflows I use to ship them.
Native engineering, in practice
Since 2020, I’ve worked on banking and fintech apps, NordVPN’s macOS product, and AI-powered desktop tools. My work brings together native engineering, technical leadership, and the practical details that make a product dependable.
At Littlebird, I built the local on-device meeting transcription pipeline for its macOS meeting assistant and improved how it collects context from the screen. That work gave me hands-on experience with on-device AI: integrating local models, processing real-time audio, and recovering interrupted transcriptions.
I enjoy the parts of engineering where you have to understand a system properly: tracing an intermittent failure, choosing a useful module boundary, or making a development workflow easier to trust.
AI workflows I use myself
In my own projects, I’ve automated the path from an app idea to App Store submission: implementation, builds, verification, archiving, and submission, coordinated from a single prompt.
I design verification loops that check the results and feed findings into the next iteration. That experience also informs my consulting: helping teams build repeatable workflows around their own tasks, with checks they can understand and maintain.
How I approach a problem
I start by understanding the problem and the constraints. Then I make the trade-offs explicit, check what changed, and leave enough context for the next person to understand the decision.
That applies to architecture and debugging, and it also shapes how I think about AI-assisted development. Useful context, clear ownership, and relevant verification are all part of the work.
